Decent little restaurant in the Bellagio. Stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the food was good. Prices were obviously on the higher side but that’s what you get when you eat in a Las Vegas resort. Overall good experience. Would go again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Restaurant: Noodles at Bellagio, Las Vegas We arrived late at night, very hungry after a long day — and this restaurant completely saved the evening! From the moment we walked in, everything was just perfect. Our server was incredibly polite, kind, and always smiling. Every “please” and “thank you” came with genuine warmth — it really felt like he cared about making us comfortable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding! We ordered several dishes — delicious vermicelli noodles, tender pork, flavorful seafood noodles, and a variety of other plates that were all cooked to perfection. Every bite was amazing — authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. Even though we came late, the staff welcomed us with such hospitality. Everything was served quickly, beautifully presented, and tasted incredible. This place is truly five-star service and quality. If you’re ever in Las Vegas, Noodles at Bellagio is a must-visit — warm atmosphere, professional service, and unforgettable food. Huge thanks to the team for turning our late-night hunger into one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had!

We had the Soy Chilean Sea Bass and it was very tasty, I highly recommend it if ever you decide to try. I would skip the Hainanese chicken rice. Reservations is highly recommended like most restaurants on the strip specially if you have a party of 3 or more.
